Prior to starting the application, please be ready to upload the following documents-
*Please be advised that all required documents must be submitted for the application to be accepted.
1. Copy of transcript with most recent quarter/semester grades including final-grades

2. Copy of most recent attendance (if a screen shot from Aeries cannot be used, then a letter from a school official with your attendance percentage is sufficient).

A few notes to mention-
- You do not need to apply for a specialized program if SHHS is already your school of residency or if you have requested open enrollment
- Please only apply to one program, multiple program applications will not be considered
- Please do not apply to programs that are marked as full
- Please mark your calendars for the wave you apply for so you know when to expect your letter
